Problem Description
Rabbit MQ fails to start when restarting Infoworks services
An error like the below can be seen during the restart of Infoworks services

Root cause:
RabbitMQ service fails to start because of corrupted recovery.dets file.
The error happens due to insufficient disk space or if RabbitMQ is not stoped gracefully.
Solution
Please take a backup of the existing mnesia directory and restart Infoworks services
