Format for the timestamp for a Teradata Source

For a Teradata source, if the data fetch type is TPT and any timestamp column is present with millisecond precision, then add the format for the timestamp column as yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSSSSS (or as the case may be) and add the advance config date_time_formatter as JODA.
